The hotel was in a prime location close to the train station. The service was above and beyond and Carmen was most helpful during our stay. The breakfast buffet had so many options and was really good. Afternoon tea was even better. The view of the garden while drinking tea was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel is near to the underground station, convenient to travel around. Staff are friendly, especially manager Carmen sent us a welcome fruit platter. Room is nicely renovated, comfortable bed and pillow. The only drawback is the room air-condition not cooling and a bit stuffy, perhaps the system need servicing or upgrade, if stay during the summer will be rather uncomfortable.

We checked in to the hotel at 3am due to red eye flight. Receptionist, Chloe was super nice and kind helping us check in and adjudt to this new hotel. Loved this big and luxurious hotel, so I Will definitely come back and stay again next time.
