Great Location
This room was clean and a great location close to the pier. The city bus had a stop just a block away so it made it easy to get around. The Inn provided cocktail hour and a lovely breakfast of grab and go options. The service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly.

Good Pick for a KW stay
This was our second stay with Fitch. A great location that's easy to get around from. The rooms are clean and the staff was super friendly and accomodating. They now offer a free breakfast as part of your stay and a happy hour cocktail most days. The pool is small but refreshing though there's not much sunny space. As far as Key West properties go, this is a solid pick. It shows a little bit of the building's age but it's clean and the staff really were great.

Nice front desk staff, but overall underwhelmed.
Overall disappointing stay. While the front desk staff was great, the room was very musty and only cleaned once. When I mentioned this to the GM, she said it was because I had do not disturb up, which was not true. Also the lack of indoor common furniture was hard on rainy days.
