Great staff! So helpful and kind!

Very good location and wonderful staff. They were very nice and upgraded our room during our stay. We had a late flight and they let us have late check out which was kind and helpful. So many restaurants to choose from and we loved that you could rent a boat to cruise down the Nile during sunset. Would stay again!

This experience was a rather memorable one as it felt private, luxurious, and beautiful. The hotel felt private even when in the middle of a large and busy city. Additionally the accommodations provided by this hotel were on a different level, so much so where even the bathrooms felt luxurious. The scenery was simply gorgeous as it had the most picturesque view of the Nile. One of the food items Khubs was very good, though the omelets were undercooked.

We were really impressed with our short stay at the hotel. It is a quick taxi ride to downtown Luxor. The hotel also has very good dining options in multiple restaurants both indoor and outdoor. Sunset from the outdoor restaurant is wonderful.

From check-in to check-out it was a pure luxury and a beautiful stay. High-high quality all around you. More theme restaurants on the premise, the most beautiful location right down to the Nile river, large well-frequented pool area, beach bar and own shopping alley with all you need to bring home from Egypt, very pleasant staff and shop owners - no rush or pressure anywhere. High level of security. We had a room with direct view to the Nile and a huge balcony. Don’t miss this experience and pay a little extrs for your stay - you will not regret it. Last, but not least, was the breakfast buffet. This must be the highest quality I have ever experienced - huge selection of well prepared and well presented foods. Enjoy

Older hotel with ripped carpet, old furnishings that need some updating. Service in the Italian restaurant was lackluster. Wifi did not work all day and management could not fix this and would not reimburse. Food and service in the Lebanese restaurant was very good. Was disappointed overall, would not stay here again.

Quality place to stay. Breakfast was great and we ate once in the Italian restaurant which was also very nice. For breakfast aim to get a spot on the balcony and enjoy some views of the Nile. The hotel partners with Nasco for their tours (i.e. Valley of the Kings) and they were really helpful. A little more expensive than some other operators but always felt like we were in solid hands, which wasn't the case when reading some reviews of other operators.
