Look for a different location.
Checking in was great! No ice! Supposedly they were supposed to get ice but never came. Don’t think they will get machine fixed anytime soon. Room was mostly clean unless you looked behind the furniture in the corners. They was a large bug but was quick and we couldn’t catch it. This is an older building! Carpet in hallway was coming up and tripping you. The worst part was the breakfast was worse than usual! Coffee was terrible. They did have yogurt in containers. I did not eat there.

Absolutely disgusting!
This was the worst hotel room I have stayed at in years! There was a hole in the carpet, flies in the room, the heat smelled of burning hair, there was a hole in the shower wall, stains on the tub floor, hairs left on the toiletries, stains on the bedding, bits of leftover food and popcorn kernels under/behind the furniture, rust on the outside of the refrigerator… it was unbelievably gross at every turn. The exterior entry door did not latch or lock meaning absolutely anyone could let themselves in at any time. I’d half expect this from a $50 a night room, but paying $200 a night for this craphole is nothing short of robbery!

Unclean with roaches crawling in toilet
This hotel is roach infested. We had to switch rooms twice. The first room smelt of wet dogs and mold. We were told the AC unit leaks. We were supposed to stay for 15 days until we closed on our new home. But we left after 7 days, and switched to another cleaner and newer hotel.

Good stay turned horrible
My family spent 1 night to attend my friend's wedding. I also brought my service dog. At check in, I let Chris know that I had my dog but I forgot the paperwork while rushing. I offered to pay the $25 pet fee if needed, but she told me that I was fine. After I got back and checked my balance to go grocery shopping, I was missing $300. They had $150 posted and $150 pending. When I called, I had to wait until the next day to speak to a manager. When I called her (Connie) back, she seemed to have an attitude with me even though she was aware of the situation by that t. She cut me off and talked over me to let me know that it's $25 if you tell them about your pet and $150 if you don't. I tried to explain to her that I did tell the host at check in. She cut me off AGAIN to rudely say "I already talked to her and refunded your money ma'am". Sooo.... why was I being spoken to rudely and being told the rules AGAIN when I offered to pay the $25 at check in and it was because of THEIR lack of communication, I was out of $300 that was not supposed to be charged to my debit card??? I was the person that had to borrow money to feed my children because of YALL mistake. I stayed on Sept 7th. The pending $150 did not fall off until Sept 12th and I didn't get my posted $150 until Sept 13th. On top of paying for my stay, I was wrongly charged an ADDITIONAL $300 until it was corrected. DEFINITELY NOT COOL AT ALL!!! I am a single mother with limited funds. Worst experience EVER!!!

Never Again
Not where i want my family to stay. Very mildew wet smell. Carpet was damp. Unhealthy Conditions. Asked to be reimbursed and at this time no is the response. I checked in and checked out in 10 min. No reason to pay for lower level campground service.

HATE TO BE THE ONE!
Hate to spread the word bc I don’t want it to always be full, but I had an amazing stay with my dog! The room smelled good upon entering and the AC had been turned on bc nobody likes checking into a hot humid room!! The refrigerator actually worked, they never do! I’d suggest cleaning in between the nightstand a little better. Bathroom was sparkling clean, fantastic shower head and shampoo products. The young lady at check in was just delightful. All my other interactions with other employees was fantastic, everyone was very helpful including the cleaning woman who helped me to get into my room bc I wasn’t using the key card right!! I found the breakfast to be the standard for hotels now and it offered a wide variety of choices from hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, sausage and biscuits, fresh fruit and I made a delicious blueberry waffle. I would stay again at this hotel. (This is not the hotels fault but all the coffee offered is absolutely disgusting!!). NOTE: the online booking does not indicate the pool pump is broken so the pool was closed. The front desk told me I could use a pool at a neighboring hotel if I wanted to.
