I was quite disappointed with the Radisson Blu Hotel in Leeds, most likely because I had quite high expectations. The check-in was OK, but after a long journey I could do without the correction of how I informed about my name etc. Also I was not aware of the rule not to make-up the room. I agree with the policy not to change the sheets and towels etc, but not to make-up the room saves money and not the environment. The carpet was quite dusty and I had no body soap in the shower, still after asking 2 times. Not too impressed with the breakfast either. To be fair, after asking, my room was made-up every day and they did an extra vacuum cleaning of the carpet.
