Outstanding facilities, including excellent Spa, friendly and helpful staff. Only criticism is some restaurant staff were inexperienced and could do with more training. Great position for accessing this beautiful island

It’s a great property, but it’s very expensive; yet the quality of service offered is very poor. Everything that’s requested takes twice the effort to obtain it. They however did approve our late check out which was nice. We did have a good time, but it could have been a little cheaper.

Great hotel and service however my room was not ready until 4:30pm instead of 3pm check in. I was surprised that nothing was offered as gwg such as complimentary drinks etc. I had to argue the next day to give me a late check out when this should have been offered without even asking.

We love the Kempinski and though we did not get the room upgrade we had asked for the stay was perfect. We hosted a dinner for 15 and they could not have been more accommodating, professional and excellent. The service was outstanding from beginning to end.
