Probably a 3,5 star hotel. Hotel is in Weston what is a really good and safe area nearby Sawgrass Mills outlet shopping mall. Hotel itself is a little bit outdated. Pool is huge and awesome. Gym is a joke - not a real gym (a couble of old treadmills etc.). A good parking area and barbecue area. Would stay again.

Quick getaway for the Gators
Trip was a quick 2 night getaway from Tampa area to see the gators in the Everglades. The hotel/resort was nice the rooms clean and huge! Very close to Gator Boys Holiday Park. Many restaurants and shopping within 10 minute drive. Only negative was no coffee until 8am, and pretty much all activities at resort are done by 3pm. Who karaokes from 2pm-3pm only...LOL other than that would recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Only thing we didn't like was the pushiness of staff to purchase a timeshare. When we didn't show to the lunch they offered for the presentation they called the room several times upset we didn't go. Other than that its very clean, modern, and comfortable.

Not a good experience
If you want to stay in a property that stayed in 70's with minimum upgrades, fight in a morning to get a chair by the pool, have outdated TV, beg for toiletries, clean your room including taking out garbage, and a tiny bed - then don't look any further, this is your place. Claming to be 3.5 stars... They are fooling you - its 2.5 at the most.

Good for the price
Only spent 2 nights so didn’t really use the facilities so cannot comment on that. Price was great for having a condo type space. Having a microwave, full size fridge with ice maker and separate rooms instead of being in a single room hotel room was great. I would stay there again if the price remains good. Cons- no comp coffee/tea, washer/dryer, dishwasher, in the room like other timeshares. No tissues in the room. Bed squeaked. Location was okay as close to Sawgrass Mills Mall, but is a good 30 minutes to an hour drive depending on traffic to the beaches. Room could have been cleaner. A lot of dust and dirt in corners.

Overall it was a nice place. We were in the rental part and you can tell it is showing signs of wear. The sliding doors didn't lock, but we were on the third floor so it wasn't a problem. Other than that it was fine and no real complaints, we will be back.
