What we love most about Residence Inn suites are the full kitchen. It's very convenient to prepare light meals, making the suite feel like home away from home. The complimentary breakfast provides enough options to make everyone happy. The Mount Pleasant location was great for a quick drive to downtown Charleston, and Isle of Palms Beach and so many other places to visit.

Great experience all around. Quick check in. Staff very friendly. Loved the breakfast and Leonora over the breakfast area was so kind and went out of her way to greet everyone and offer assistance. The place was convenient and suited our needs for a two bedroom suite. The kitchen was nice and the showers were great. The first night black ants were found in one of the beds. The next morning a brown German cockroach was found crawling across the bed. Another two bedroom suite was not available for them to switch us to.

Our room in this pet friendly hotel smelled bad the whole time we were there (like must dog). Nothing seemed to help, freshers or ionizing. We lived with it but didn’t like it. The rest of the property and location were very nice and the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.
