Disappointing Experience - Unmet Expectations
I must express my extreme disappointment with the experience. The issues I encountered have left me with a negative impression, and I feel compelled to bring them to your attention.
Firstly, one of the factors that influenced my decision to book with your hotel was the promise of an included breakfast. Regrettably, this turned out to be a misleading claim. The so-called "included breakfast" was nothing more than a grab-and-go coffee station on a table. This not only fell far short of my expectations but also left me feeling deceived by the initial offering.
The second major concern during my stay was the disturbing level of noise within the premises. The walls seemed paper-thin, and every sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms reverberated into my room. The lack of sound insulation seriously compromised the quality of my stay, making it difficult to rest.
To make matters worse, I was charged twice for my stay, an error that has added significant frustration to my overall experience. Such a billing mistake is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the hotel's financial management practices.
I understand that no establishment is perfect, and issues may arise from time to time. However, the combination of these multiple disappointments has left me with a deeply unsatisfactory impression of your hotel. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly.
