Because of that our Second time here , small problem :reception ordered taxi to the airport and it was late 40 minutes so we were waiting , finally got in on our own , barely catches our flight ... that was stressful Don't know what happened , otherwise the hotel is excellent for the price...

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Congress Palace and a short walk to iconic spots like Palacio Barolo and Café Tortoni. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed—comfortable bed, Smart TV, and reliable WiFi. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with local recommendations and quick check-in. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch, and the jacuzzi in my premium room was perfect for unwinding. Great value for money and a prime spot for exploring the city. I’d definitely return!

Everything was perfect , linen and towels were worn and old . Location excellent!!!! Water heater , micro mini fridge made our stay more comfortable Front desk super nice, let our luggage (2 cary on) live there for a whole week until we came back from the Iguassu falls I was very surprised and happy for it😃 because airline did not let carry it😔 ( Smart Jet)
