I like the bedroom, but the bathroom in room 109 had a hole in the celling and a roach plus an insect fell in the tub. The small refrigerator in the room did not work, so I was unable to store my items I purchased. I contacted the morning receptionist early in the morning to let her know the conditions of the room, but they were not resolved. She stated I will be moved to another room after housekeeping come to clean the room by 10:00 am and examine the bathroom. I met the housekeeper between 10:00am-11:00am, whereas, I told her about the bathroom condition. She assured that I would be moved to another room upon my return from an appointment I had that morning. However, I returned to my room between 5:00pm-6:00pm. I went to the evening receptionist to get the new room key to the new room, whereas, all hell bust loose. The receptionist became very rude when I told her about unfair charges. I was very professional and calm. She wanted me to return the keys to the room. I told her that I was not going to return the keys until I call my bank to see if those unfair(fraud) charges went through my account, whereas, she not only threatened to call the police, she actually called the police. The police came,whereas, he spoke to her. I only heard some of the conversation, and I think she was not truthful, so I continued to talk to my banker in which she verified the fraud charges. I returned
to her the keys and I took the receipt. I left the premise.
