I arrived early, that was on me. But I sat in the lobby for 4 hours. When i tried to check in, i told the front desk that id wait and to let me know when the room was ready. No one asked if i needed anything or communicated. I finally had to ask them. And amazingly the room was ready! So glad they told me. On my booking, I told them that I had a very long drive there a full day of training on Saturday and a very long drive on Sunday. I asked to be placed on a top floor if possible away from others so that I could get some sleep. I was placed on the bottom floor right next to an exit door and it kept me up all night. Not to mention whoever was above me, kept stomping around the room. I finally was able to go to sleep at three am and had to get up at five thirty. I told the front desk that I needed to cancel that night, not getting sleep, i wasn’t paying for a room. They made me contact hotels.com and jump through hoops to get the cancellation. The bed was hard and the room was subpar. The booking photos were very deceiving! I drove 8 hours there had an eight hour class and turned around and drove eight hours home with 2.5 hrs of sleep. I will make sure that my company never stays at this property again.
