Perfect stay in beautiful hotel and great location
Very pleased we booked this hotel. It was very nice and modern decor. Lovely room had everything and quality nights sleep. We stayed for 3 nights and the location is perfect and close to the Inner Stadt and Christmas markets etc. TIP: catch the direct Airport to City train which is a non stop 16 minutes. Then you’re only a 15-20 walk to hotel.

Not much of a boutique hotel person but definitely was very pleased with this hotel. Largest bed I have seen or slept on in Europe , pillows soft and comfortable. Room and bathroom larger than most places and well design. Close to all main attractions. Definitely would recommend to stay here .

Located across the street from the Opera house and Burggarten garden, next to Karlsplatz subway and above ground tram line, with plenty of cafes close by, 011 Boutique Hotel was a perfect choice for my short visit to Vienna. This is an older building, but the contemporary lighting, wall art, and new upscale bathroom, gave it the unique ambiance I always look for in a hotel. Plus, reception was very friendly!

Very helpful staff and room kept clean. Room excellent but only issue is why toilet in separate room with no sink for washing hands? The shower and sink are in one room, but toilet in another - from hygiene standpoint not best set up. Other than thst fine place.
