This was my second time staying there, one thing called my attention: the staff, specifically the front desk, I really recommend to train them in matters of how reservation works in different applications, they asked me for my credit card to charge a deposit and I was told i would get it back if everything was okay with the room, but last time I stayed there they didn’t ask for one, so the staff members wouldn’t be able to explain to me what changed, or when I was gonna get the deposit back, I’m mean it is what it is, I totally get it, but still I highly suggest this customer service training.
