It was excellent as mentioned, cleanness wise , service… all it was excellent , but the only two comments I have that:
Firstly the team need to be well trained to communicate with guest in a proper English of the team as their command of English is very poor, specially at the Front line , except a few of them who were able to understand and response correctly.
The other point that , when I asked an order any Food or beverage orders, and upon receiving or having the item from the restaurant , we sign the bill submitted by the waiter but then the service team instead of charging the amount on my room they always asked theWaiter to come back to get the payment directly, while they did not earlier that any order should be paid directly which make the guest feels uncomfortable and Untrustul , the point is we will not going to run away from the hotel to avoid paying a meal or a scope of ice-cream, specially as we already paid the hotel upon checkin the cost of our stay on a high rate 118 $ per night B/B in advance.
Accordingly Such process need to be reviewed either to be mentioned and clarified to the guest upon checking In, or upon asking the order.. or to leave it an optional according to the guest need.
