We made this reservation on Hotels.com for two rooms. Upon arrival there was a desk clerk who was rather abrupt with us and told us she did not have the reservation. I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. The other front desk associate, Victoria, was very nice and was trying to help us locate another property. I called Hotels.com and they called the front desk. Apparently it was Hotels.com's fault and they apologized, helped arrange another hotel for one night, then worked with Victoria to get us back there to Orange Sud for the next 5 days. When we returned, the manager Aida was super helpful in taking care of us for the rest of our stay. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. The breakfast offered a very good selection and was of very good quality. The pool was nice at the end of a hot day.
Again, Aida and Victoria were topnotch and took very good care of us; if it wasn't for the two of them our vacation would have been ruined. I would return here given the overall positive experience with them. The other woman on duty the first night, was not so nice and her lack of customer care kept me from giving this a higher score.
