We were looking for a cabin where we could stayed 10/4-10/6 close to Pigeon Forge. This was the last minute booking so we called ahead time to see if the place is available. So, we gave a call to the property manager around 4pm to double check because we possible would arrive close to midnight on 10/4. We arrived around 11:30pm, then we went inside the cabin and go to the master bedroom first, then we saw the blankets, and pillows were already used and still unfold on the bed. We went to master bathroom then all the used towels were on top of the Jacuzzi. Then, we went to other 4 bedrooms were also the same as blankets and pillow already used by other previous stayed with no cleaned up. Also, another bathroom downstairs also with dirty towels laid on the floor. We contacted the property manager and sent those pictures that we took as a proof of the place was not ready for the service. The property manager offer us go to another place for temporary to stayed for 1 night then tomorrow come back the same property. But we rejected the alternative offer because we already experienced a worse customer service. So, we would preferred to stayed at the hotel instead. At the result, we did not received a refund back although we didn’t stayed. This is not a good experience for us to go through in our cabin booking. We learned a hard lesson from now for our future booked any cabins or lodge.
