The front desk supervisor was amazing! She was caring and very friendly, i think her name was Karen or Kathy. She was working the front desk the late afternoon of 4/23 and again around 11 am on the 24th when we checked out.
I saw her exhibit great compassion when the guest in front of me was chdcking in and began crying due to a family illness at Barnes Hospital. This wonderful lady, i wish i was sure of her name, came around the desk, hugged the her and spoke gently and compassionately to her. You jusy dont see this that often. I commend her for this.
On the nefative side, the hostess at the breakfast was to busy on her phone to even look at us while checking us in for breakfast. The breakfast was very underwhelming: the eggs, bacon, sausages we all cold even though they were in their containers. The milk wasnt cold but cool. Granted we went down around 9:00, but it serves until 10:00 and should have been hot.
The room was nice and clean and the cleaning staff in the morning was friendly. If it wasnt for the poor breakfast, this would have been an excellent stay.
