Notes from a cleaning lady
Price was crazy I ended up paying upwards of $500 for one night(I was comfortable spending $300) the valet should be free if you pay $300 for a night stay. The room and vibe of the hotel was perfect! Beds very comfy & cozy. Huge downfall was the cleanliness for me. The cleaning service needs to step it up in the bathrooms mainly. I was highly dissatisfied having to clean the bathroom before I felt comfortable enough getting ready for our dinner reservations.

Convenient for Concerts!
We always stay at the Catbird Hotel when we go to concerts at the Mission Ballroom, which is a quick walking distance. There are a couple of solid restaurants nearby and the convenience is excellent. We will return again and again.

Cute little hotel. Great location and stylish, and fresh. Our room had lots of signs of wear: ie: torn furniture, scratched paint, things like that. We loved the amenities you can borrow. The bikes are so fun but also, worn and need attention (and air in the tires). The roof top is such a great area but no staff or mention of any help there either. Invoice provided one total and was charged an additional amount. This required another step to reach out to settle issue. Over all good but honestly, not great.
