This place is awful. We booked the room not knowing their pool/hot tub was under construction.
They graciously offered to cancel our booking so we could stay at the Marriott close by, where their pool was open (we have kids).
They never canceled our stay and when we asked them about it, they said there isn’t anything they can do.
Was met with great hostility from Candace, who wouldn’t even get us to the manager, as she clearly isn’t a manager with her lack of people skills. But she was absolutely no help.
We are having to dispute the credit card charge, since we didn’t stay there and they didnt cancel our stay like we asked.
Candace is the absolute worst and not sure how she is employable. Marriott use to be our hotel of choice, but no longer will be. #TeamHilton #CandaceSucks
