No hot water in the shower of my room. The faucet did seem to get it. Talked to the receptionist; she sent a technician whilst I was away, but the problem wasn't solved. Apparently, the problem was structural. They didn't offer me another room at any time; hence, I'm not sure if they were fully booked (doubt it, based on what I saw over the course of my 7 nights stay), the problem existed in all other rooms as well or if they just didn't care. Note that this happened on December, when the typical temperature outside is 0ºC/32ºF.
Breakfast room is way far from the rooms area. You must take 2 elevators down the 40 floors where rooms are located, walk your way to the gym and have your breakfast there, then come back to your room if you care for brushing your teeth. All in all, a huge waste of time every morning, which is not convenient if you are working / doing business. The breakfast room is not particularly fancy and breakfast buffet is quite limitted, not that many options. Quality of the food they did serve was acceptable, drinks were just fair.
Service was friendly at all times, though.
Room was otherwise confortable and big enough. Views are spectacular.
Hotel is conveniently located, very close to multiple shops and restaurants.
Rate for the first 3-4 nights was ridiculously expensive vs service / quality. The last nights were almost half the price, which seemed about fair.
