Mantra is giving very little service (I would even say NO Service) when it is supposed to be a hotel...
Pretty expensive price (I paid the same to stay at Pullman International hotel which was way better in all aspects) because the building looks new, but overall quality (construction, finishings, materials, furniture...) is not premium and it will not last long... Maintenance is apparently not their strong point either...
Gym is a bit sad. Just a few machines. No weights. Pool seems OK (couldn't use it bc of cnstant rain).
No food available: no breakfast, no room service... They say that 3 nearby restaurants can deliver food to your room but you have to go there pick up the food (you can charge to your hotel bill though). No menu from these restaurants in your room to see what they offer.
They don't clean your room unless you pay an extra fee; they don't change your towels (have to go down to reception to ask for fresh towels if you need them!). They don't refill extra toiletries (have to pay). This "hotel" also charges for wifi in your room...
To sum up: you will pay the full price of a hotel but will have none of the services attached to it. If you are looking for a real hotel "feel" do not go there. If you look for a place to sleep with a bed and pay a high price because photos look OK and modern, then you can spend your money at Mantra!
Personally I will not return there because I felt a bit cheated...
