The room was clean and comfortable, but check-in was very difficult. It was a completely digital system with no front desk, and if you had a request, you had to first convey your opinion through a chatbot and wait. The elevator was broken, but I was assigned the 4th floor, so it was difficult during the long business schedule. A receipt was not issued even after check-out, so I had to request it again through the chatbot several times, and the only staff member who did connect me was to tell me to wait. I will not use it again for a business trip.
