The positives: clean, reasonable standard. A plus for the sauna, pool and the training room (wellness centre). Although small and basic facilities, it helped us a lot to be able to enjoy these facilities. This is due to the fact that we were generally the only guests that use these facilities.
The negative is the distance to town, which in the morning was a lesser problem then in the afternoon. A ride to town in the morning cost about 25 ZL, but in the afternoon, due to the ques on the road taxi drivers charged 50-60 ZL to deliver us back.
The area of the hotel is one of much construction and building sites, which raises the level of noise. Heavy traffic goes on, and traffic does not subside at night, due to the hotels location on the main road to Warsaw. However, by getting a room higher up and closing the windows at night made it bearable.
The most problematic was the behavior of the guests. People would come back to the hotel at the middle of the night drunk, laughing, shouting, slamming doors and the like. The reception people have no idea, and don't bother checking.
