Un hotel grande, con mucho portenciañ,.pero descuidado. Pros: Tirolesa de aduktos ybde niños. 4 albercas, la principal cierra 10 pm. Playa luy agradable. Club de niños hasta la 1 am. Areas de oportunidad: poco personal, atebcion limitada y no muy agradable. Poca veriedad en alimentos. Instalaciones descuidadas.

Pros: está propiedad ofrece muchas actividades para niños, el personal es muy amable desde recepción, restaurante y ama de llaves. Si tienen niños de 2 a 8 años las albercas están excelentes. Las actividades de la noche también son buenas para toda la familia. Cons: Instalaciones y habitaciones necesitan URGENTEMENTE mantenimiento. Se necesita otro bar en el área de alberca, para pedir una bebida te tardas un promedio de 20min a una hora. Se necesitan otros baños en el área de albercas, cuando llegamos los baños estaban cerrados para limpieza y no hay otros baños cerca. Las habitaciones: una habitación tenía un pedazo de cristal roto muy peligroso (fueron a pegarlo con cinta gris pero eso pudo haber sido reparado antes de la llegada y no esperar a que los huéspedes los reporten (no hubo seguimiento de parte del personal)También la habitación tenía hormigas pequeñitas. Otra de las habitaciones la TV no servía. No es hotel para parejas o para chavos que quieren ir de fiesta. Falta otro restaurante porque hay filas largas y talvez comida más sana en el restaurante la palapa.

No volveré jamás!!!
Independientemente de que el cupo estaba al 100, la comida es mala, y no había variedad, las bebidas regulares, problemas con la chapa de la puerta. Reporte que algo me picó, me salieron ronchas tipo chinches y pedí que me cambiaran sábanas, lo cual no hicieron. Junto a la pata de la cama una envoltura de condon que JAMÁS recogieron señal que ni siquiera barren bien. La comida del snakc siempre se acababa parecían los juegos del hambre, nunca hubo suficiente. El agua de la regadera fría ni siquiera un poco tibia. Todo mal; las filas para el bufete de hasta una hora, filas para las bebidas de 40 min, camastros insuficientes, madrugaba para apartar y tener donde descansar, complicado hasta pleitos había y para la reserva de la cena fuimos a hacer fila desde las 6:15 de la mañana y no alcanzamos. Tratamos de pasarla bien a pesar de TODO lo malo, pero la verdad no dan ganas de volver JAMÁS
