This is a listing you need to read carefully. The room is actually part of a two-bedroom suite, and the property manager leases them separately. There is a shared dining area/living room. This information was in the last paragraph of the property description. Our "roommates" were lovely people, and we only saw them a couple of times over three days, so we had no problems, but the potential for disaster is certainly there. Also, because most Americans at least take it for granted, there is no housekeeping service. There are extra towels in the closets, but no one comes in to make the beds. Also, this was the only rental we had during three weeks of travel that did not have a safe in the room, which seemed odd since it was shared space. I rated staff and service low in part because we actually never met anyone connected with the property. Communications were good but were email or text only. There was a lockbox with keys at the courtyard and from then on we were on our own. This is a terrific space if you are traveling as a family or group and want two bedrooms, but I don't think we would want to run the risk of noisy roommates.
