Done for a short stay
Arrived late in thr evening so dumped our bags & went out to eat. Next morning there were cockroaches in the room. We immediately went to complain were "upgraded" to another block. That room was slightly better and had a balcony. As we were only staying 3 more days it done ok but wouldn't want to stay any longer. Very dated. Sheets & towels were clean but the rest not very. Ate out all the time as wasn't comfortable preparing food in property.

When we arrived the air con wasn’t working nor was the toilet flushing. The maintenance man fixed these quickly. The apartment had 3 sliding doors which lead on to a patio - this was in usable as was constantly water leaking from apartment above - patio wasn’t safe, reporters d not fixed also the patio was in an enclosed space as our apartment in centre of the building on 1st floor, we were a family and seemed to be placed in a rough/older part of the hotel with young people partying. We asked to be moved and reception were fairly rude saying u get what I pay for, we were happy to pay more but they never agreed. It’s was a very depressing apartment and after speaking to others and seeing other apartments I realised we’d one of if not the worst apartments on offer. Feel very disappointed and am now concerned about booking via hotel.com.

The building was in poor condition, the windows wouldn’t close properly, letting in mosquitoes and us waking up to a bunch of bites. They also let in all the noise making harder to sleep. The patio doors didn’t lock, they installed chain locks but one of them was broken. The bathroom and kitchenette were probably last renovated in the 90s. I saw a cockroach in the kitchenette and wanted to eject out of there in disgust. I wouldn’t return or recommend. The only positive is the location; it’s walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
