8/10 Very good

Lovely family get together for a birthday. Had a spacious private room, food was great, as was the staff. Very friendly and efficient

Overall a great stay!

We had a good overall experience, we were slightly let down by the cleaners over the duration of our stay however customer service was amazing and they sorted everything out instantly! Shae the lady behind the front desk deserves a pay rise or managerial status, she was amazing!

Tired rooms, but clean and tidy. No hot water due to boiler failure!

Quiet stay

Very quiet location for a relaxing stay. My room was warm and had plenty of storage cabinets. The bathroom was okay but desperately showing ageing. Breakfast included a good variety of food despite gluten free muffins.

A country pad near Filton

Beautiful location, in the country yet so close to Filton area. Large hotel, in an old country home, with quiet wing(s) and overlooking a large English garden.
Herve, 1-night trip

Hotel in beautiful setting

We stay in this hotel at least twice a year when we visit family who live very close by. Lovely setting, large car park. Hotel rooms - some are looking very 'tired', others have been redecorated and very nice but all a good size. Bathrooms clean but could do with an upgrade. Breakfast good. Staff friendly.
Gillian, 3-night trip

Beautiful surroundings good breakfast choice will definitely stay again
Michelle, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Set in lovely surroundings. The room was spacious and clean and I slept really well. Breakfast was a little disappointing and it felt like everything hot had been microwaved and was overcooked. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.
Chris, 1-night trip

Absolutely awful room. Not as advertised the worst room I have stayed in.

Needs some tlc

The hotel had a couple of leaks coming from the roof and buckets on the floor along the holiday - would need some attention. But otherwise a very pleasant stay!

Pleasant stay

Was upgraded to a family room so plenty of room to work and rest. Staff were friendly. Lovely grounds for a walk.
MISS, 1-night trip

Nice hotel

We had a nice stay at the hotel, just for one night with family. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The hotel itself is large and has extensive grounds. The room was quite cold when we arrived (November) but once we closed the window and started the heating it was fine & it was comfortable. Breakfast looked delicious with a good variety of foods, but the warming apparatus for the cooked breakfast wasn’t keeping the food warm, and the plates were also cold, so that was disappointing.
Christine, 1-night trip

8/10 pretty good

Lovely place, great facilities. I would recommend it. Only downfalls are poor illumination at night driving in and sign posting for disability access is nowhere to be seen. the duvet is luxury but only suitable if it’s -5c we both was burning up with the heat. But other than that all good. Breakfast was cheap and plentiful, was a nice surprise
William, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff were very helpful. Great location for touring places of interest. Hotel was extremely quiet despite having many functions on during our stay
