Beautifully and comfortably remodeled hotel with exceptional service! Loved the cold plunge / sauna and wine bar offerings. Had a sweet swim in the Lake from Barnet Park this morning, followed by shower and sauna. Fabulous shower, comfortable beds, and a propane stove for warmth and ambience. Also truly dog-friendly and lovely—unlike many other hotels that have made us feel like we were sleeping in a kennel with our dog. Would definitely stay here again when driving across Ontario. Thank you

We had a great stay at Somewhere Inn. The rooms are lovely (recommend the king room with soaker tub and fireplace), and lots of great local wine and beer options on site. Close to trails, beach and shops in Calabogie. Would recommend and we will be back!

Great Stay
This was a great place for a girls weekend away! We had the suite that slept 8 and were able to enjoy our room, the lounge, and the grounds - it was a winter wonderland! There was more than enough space for all of us and our stuff (winter gear, board games, snacks...) and the staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We're so happy we booked here and are hoping to make it an annual trip.

Nice surprise in Calabogie
Charming renovated motel, beautiful design, wine bar, in a charming location close to the lake. Everything is brand new and looks great, very comfy king bed, huge room, couldn’t ask for more in Calabogie. Close to the road is convenient but can be a bit noisy if there’s an event going on at the ski hill when you’re outside enjoying nature, but really this place is great and we’ll be back when we’re next in Calabogie.

Very unique concept
Pragmatic family oriented design without compromising quality or aesthetics
Very Scandinavian and a family with a 5 year old it was perfect !!
We staying in the larger room with multiple beds . It was enormous and beautifully finished
We could in hindsight have easily been comfortable in a 2 bed room but neither of us were keen on sharing our beds with a kid and he was super excited about bunk beds !
This place is amazing
It’s several generations away from the ‘ trousers press ‘ hotel . Things like proper setting , small tables that are actually useful , real milk ( as opposed to those awful creamer sachets ) , - decent size fridge , lots of places to hang clothes , comfy beds and wooden floors are so much more in line with what travellers want and need
The lounge area was also great . A lovely common space with a swinging hammock that came in handy to calm a kid after a day of skiing !
Really wonderful place

I can't say enough good things about our stay. We loved it. Great staff, great rooms, nice vibe to the place. The service and communication from the staff in person and via the text messages was excellent. The rooms were very spacious and the designer did an amazing job keeping things clean and tasteful. NO TVs in the rooms! Yay! So nice to not hear another TV thru the walls and nice to unplug from all the city stuff.
Try a relaxing swing in the huge hammocks. Sit by a campfire at night. Try some of the selections from the fridge at the main lobby too. We hope to be back. It's a well decorated and well run place.
My only one beef would be for a quieter ceiling fan in room 11. But that is it! Thank you Somewhere in Calabogie. Well done
