The front desk staff lack basic customer service skills. I waited 15 min for someone to show up and get my family checked in. The front desk processed to try and swipe my card for “incidentals” without asking me or telling me the price ($75 extra for my dog), and then became very argumentative and defensive when I voiced my concern that I didn't consent to her taking my card and swiping it for me. She threw my card keys at me without directing me where my room was located. Extremely unprofessional staff, and just bizarre behavior. The room was smelly, many things broken, dirty, and in disrepair. The continental breakfast was severely lacking the basics like orange juice. This is not worth the money, you're better off at best western.
