Parking fee, I did not see that on the app when booking. Pet fee, which is fine and understandable $50, BUT days after I see a $250 charge on my card. I call and ask about it and apparently they say we left the room damaged? We did NOT! The rooms weren’t very clean, nothing but a little side area of mulch to walk your dogs. There was a tiny piece of trim at the room door that was barely attached when we got there, it was bumped and came off. So I guess instead of the $50 pet fee covering that, they can also charge $250 to fix something that costs what, $2 without even contacting me about anything first. If you stay here take pics off the room before and after. I’ve learned my lesson.
