The air conditioner and carpets are not cleaned. I found a fever thermometer on my bed at nigth. It seems the blankets were not properly washed. The hotel is well located but not well managed. Some years ago it was one of the best hotels in town. Now it is one of the worst!

Quarto muito limpo e amplo. Poderia ter um edredom mais quentinho. O chuveiro apresentou instabilidade na pressão da água no último dia de estadia e por isso a temperatura oscilou bastante. Café da manhã é bom mas poderia ter mais opções pelo valor da diária. Senti falta de funcionário para ajudar com as malas. Serviço de valet excelente.

Bom, havia ficado 2 dias no mesmo hotel uma semana antes e foi tudo ok. Segui viagem e no retorno me hospedei mais um dia por lá e nesta segunda vez foi bem diferente… tentei fazer check in as 12:20 e havia quarto livre, mas fui informado que se se me liberassem para entrar no quarto, que iriam cobrar a mais por isso! Simplesmente lamentável!! Havia quarto livre! Será que esses 40 minutos sao mais importantes para eles encherem o bolso de $$ ou agradar um cliente cansado de uma viagem? A segunda decepção foi no café da manhã. Tive que acordar bem cedo para tomar o café e seguir viagem. Inclusive eles orientam com gráficos impressos na bancada do check in que os horarios entre 6-8h sao um dos melhores para tomar seu cafe da manhã. Pois bem, desci as 6:20h e faltava muitas coisas nas prateleiras. Pedi um omelete e o rapaz disse a nao era possível porque estava sozinho fazendo tudo e que tentaria me atender. Enfim, se te orientam a frequentar um ambiente em determinado horario para ser melhor atendido e não conseguem cumprir com isso, podemos chamar isso de incompetência? Para mim isso foi suficiente para nao me hospedar mais la!
