I am writing to formally address several issues I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel. The main reason we booked the room with the murphy bed, despite it being uncomfortable, was the price. I should note that there are other hotels in this price range, so this is not an unusual or unique offer.
However, I find it unreasonable to request an additional charge due to a malfunction on your end, especially when the extra charge exceeds the price of the room itself. Therefore, we are rejecting your request outright.
Additionally, there was a significant issue upon our arrival. You forget to send us the check-in instructions, which caused us to be stranded outside in the cold for a long time, and we were left with no response, neither by phone nor by email. We wasted over two and a half hours of our brief half-day stay, which was a considerable inconvenience.
Given these issues, I kindly request a refund for the cost of the night we paid for, as we did not receive the service we expected.
