Room was clean. However it was very humid even when the ac was running. It made my luggage stink. The room is also dimly lit and WiFi signal isn’t great. The price was reasonable if on a budget but I would likely not return.

Great location if you love to party all night. I’m old so I don’t. J/k. I’m not that old. But in seriousness it is loud until past midnight and karaoke is a thing right next to the place. Bad karaoke. The room was spacious. The bed was like a concrete wall. But is common in Mexico. Parking was 2 blocks away so kinda a pain to get your luggage to and from.

Fue una buena estancia, solamente que a veces no nos dejaban agua suficiente para las 3 personas que estuvimos en la habitación. El clima enfría bien, el agua de la regadera a muy buena temperatura, las camas y ropa de cama todo cómodo. El personal de recepción fue muy amable.

Recomendable para estar bien ubicado

Hotel con una excelente ubicación cerca del malecón y de los lugares más típicos para desayunar en el puerto de Veracruz. Tienes todo caminando: el malecón, los portales, los famosos helados de Veracruz. Lo único malo es que el hotel NO tiene elevador. Por lo que es un poco cansado las escaleras. Pero todo se compensa con la magnifica ubicación. El personal de la recepción es muy atento y amigable. No es un hotel de lujo, pero la relación precio - beneficio es muy bueno. Sin lugar a dudas me volvería a hospedar con ellos. Lo recomiendo pero no esperen un hotel de lujo, sino un lugar cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado.

Recomendado, aceptan mascotas!

La ubicación es muy buena, justo entre el Malecón y Los Portales entonces se camina fácilmente, puedes dejar el coche en el estacionamiento cercano. Todo el personal fue muy amable y lo importante para nosotros es que aceptan mascotas pequeñas, siempre y cuando lleves su camita, toalla, etc. Es un hotel sencillo pero tiene todo lo básico para tu estancia.

Amabilidad y buen trato

a pesar de haber hecho la reserva en ese mismo día, no hubo ningún problema en hospedarnos la Señorita de recepeción es super amable e incluso me ayudó a hospedar a mi mamá una persona de tercera edad en la primera planta delhotel, evitando tuviera que subir las escaleras porque el hotel no tiene elevador, ese es el único inconveniente. Es muy pequeño, pero para salir del paso como era nuestra necesidad, agradecí en el alma la atención de la señorita de recepción.

チェックイン時点で足ふきマットが無かったがチェックイン評価にその旨書いたところ翌朝直ぐに届けてくれ対応が早かった。清掃は行き届き清潔でシャワーブースが広く使いやすい。日本人には照明が少し暗すぎる。ロケーションはとても良い。
