Gorgeous estate just outside of Hobart
Gorgeous estate with lots of animals out of the back and even peacocks roaming the grounds! Apricots can be picked in a limited area (super sweet) and cherry picking available(seasonal) for a cost. Modern, good quality amenities. Really great find and worth a stay!

Eric and Chrystal’s 3 night stay
We stayed 3 nights and visited Port Arthur and Maria island while we were there. The room was small but very functional. Very clean and modern. The property is amazing with fruit trees and farm animals all about. Nice to walk around. We ate at the restaurant one night which was good with a spectacular view, and quite handy. The property is beautifully landscaped.

Good hotel with great location
This was a nice, relatively new looking place to stay and only a short drive from the airport. Accommodation was comfortable and clean, but we were mislead by the pictures and descriptions, as we thought that all of the paddock apartments had their own kitchenette. This is actually not the case, as each of the small buildings has 5 separate hotel rooms in them, with 1 communal kitchenette. Their restaurant was good and had a nice view, although it's a bit far from the accommodation area. It's beautiful to walk around the property which has a lot of animals that you can feed, and fruit trees growing everywhere. They even allow you to pick some fruits of the season if available.

Nice spot out of town, but not too far away. Property has it's quirks - parking and access are a little awkward, and the room lighting needs greater control and coverage. But as an eco friendly hotel it was nice and comfortable. Animals were not intrusive at all.

Loved everything except trying to call their restaurant was a nightmare. Kept going through to reception even after they gave us the direct kitchen number. We didn’t end up eating there but everything else was amazing. Ducks, chickens, emus with babies, rabbits etc Apricots trees and cherry trees available to pick from. Beautiful scenery and very safe. Cameras everywhere and lovely staff.

What a delightful place to stay - a lot of thought has gone into setting up this accommodation from the roof skylight to the nespresso machine. Check in was easy - we popped in, in the morning as we were passing through and were given our key early as we expected to check in late. We enjoyed our walk around the property to meet the animals as well. So close to the airport, this should be your stay of choice!

Love this place . Great walking tracks around property. Spectacular views. Nice firm beds .Friendly animals to feed . Staff very helpful and offered an extra hour for checkout for free so we could go direct to airport for our flight . Easy drive to Hobart airport . Restaurant food was fresh and delicious. I liked the place for good value. However, check out was a desaster: there was no one present and we had to leave in order to return the rental car in time and catch a flight. There was a note at reception that the person in charge had gone to feed the peacocks and ducks. We left a voice message explaining that we left the keys on the desk and that we expected the release of the deposit.
