We changed hotels to this hotel to save a bit of money and what a suprise it was! Beautiful clean spacious room with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the drive to disney was quick and simple. We will definitely stay here again.

Great for disney
We used this accomidation to visit disneyland and found it easy enough. Plenty of space and one of the cheapest i could find. The only thing is I wish that the deposit required was explained. An extra 150 euros was needed at check in. Luckily we had it but that wasnt the point.

Stay after disney
We stayed here after Disney. It was basic but perfect. We opted to pay for breakfast which was good the breakfast room does get cramped quickly. The lady in charge of breakfast was wonderful always ensuring there was top up of everything. The only downside was the lift on A block side so if you looking at the lifts it’s the one on right side has a quick closing door and doesn’t recognise that there is a person trying to get in so door hit me quite hard the first time but wasn’t a big deal.

Good clean rooms. Still had wet paint in toilet. When asked for an iron was told there was a 2 hour wait for one. Hotel apparently can't afford more than one iron. Rude man working the front desk in the morning.

Poor Maintenance
Check-in process for all right. But the property- room was not in a great shape. We had a plumbing issue , so a sink was out of order. There was no central heating working on the day of check-in. On asking the concierge to have these issues resolved, we were told nothing can be done now and your only option was to spend your night without a functioning bathroom or heating. The issues were fixed next day only. No alternative or compensation provided for the discomfort faced by the family.

We liked being able to book a 2 bedroom room and appreciated having a bath as well. Bad points, the plugs were half coming out of the walls and location of them were not very helpful. Absolutely fine for just 1 night but as a family, anymore than 1 night wouldn't work for us.

Rip off for taxis , private hire and calling from hotel , 20, 30, euros to go 1 to 2 miles, blatenty saying in french tourist you pay , because visiting Disney land or need a taxi to the nearest train station, will make you pay , needs sorting extortionate , seem to think that because your in another country they can charge 10 Euros per mile ??? When your financially conscious friend picks the hotel, this is what they pick. This is not a typical hotel, there's no safe to store valuables, you don't get those little shampoo and lotions to take home, there's no towel to use by the pool (you have to bring your own) it's an additional cost if you don't leave the place clean or if you want towels cleaned, and it's not walking distance from anything, only a bus stop and two food places. Nothing was wrong with the hotel, It was clean and quiet and had a fridge, a stove and a microwave but I just wouldn't recommend here, I would rather just spend a little more on somewhere a little better that I would enjoy.

The furnitures are old and dated, sockets not attached to the wall (unsafe), light switch in the bedrooms were broken therefore no lights, swimming pool was closed but this information was not given on the website. The breakfast lacked a variety of food (no hot meal like fried eggs or sausages) cutleries were dirty and the juice machine broke and was bringing out water instead.

Beware of the deposit
Room was fine and good to have a little kitchen. When I arrived I was asked to pay a €50 deposit which two weeks later I haven't received back. Contacted the hotel to be told it could be 60 days! Also we were on the ground floor which was nice as the kids could go outside but unfortunately the room above was dropping their beer bottles off their balcony and onto the grass outside. Made the staff aware so assume this was dealt with.

Basic but suitable for what’s needed
We arrived late, the reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Got to our room and we’re surprised at just how basic it was, it had definitely seen better days and obviously gets plenty of use. However the beds were clean, there was constant hot water. Anything additional was supplied by the accommodation such as extra towels and a hairdryer. It was good to have a table to sit around and a small kitchenette. The bus stops for Disney were right outside the front door and also in the opposite direction for the local RER station. There is a large commercial centre a few bus stops away or a short 20 minute walk. We were also able to store our luggage between check out times and flight departure. The area in which the hotel is situated is lovely and there is a tasty boulangerie, pizza/kebab shop, mini market and pharmacy literally two mins walk. I would stay again, as long as you’re not too fussy. You get what you pay for. All we wanted was a place to sleep and wash and it was perfect for this.

Nous avons eu une chambre avec quelques désagrément. Il y avait une petite odeur de tabac dans la chambre, il restait quelques saletés qui traînaient au sol le bouchon de la baignoire ne tenait pas, impossible donc de prendre un bain puisqu'il se vidait et l'affiche en cadre tombait en ruine un peu déçu de ce séjour qui pour autant ne reflète pas la qualité de tout l'hôtel puisqu'au séjour précédent nous avions été très satisfait. Cependant la literie est vraiment très confortable, les deux oreillers par personne sont tops et il ne fait absolument pas froid. La cuisine est très utile et contient le nécessaire cela reste un lieu très fonctionnel
