Absolutely horrendous. First off, the gentlemen at the front desk did not understand nor accept a service animal into the hotel at first. They asked questions unacceptable and unlawful. They initially were charging $150 for a "pet fee." After some arguement, they negated that. They charged a $50 incidentals fee, which is perfectly normal, but then said this would be returned after an inspection of the room priot to checkout. When asked if they inspected every room prior to checkout, they answered yes. It should be noted that no inspection of the room actually occurred.
The room was dirty and in disrepair. The towels were dirty and showed stains. Photos and video of a room inspection are retained for record. The sheer drapes were stained, a fire escape was locked, the refridgerator, freezer and microwave were dirty and stained as well.
