The property housekeeping was not prepared for guests, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, no dishwasher detergent and we could not control AC nor turn on the Tv due to all remote controls did not have any batteries. One of the bathroom had no electricity for the whole day. We had to get the supplies at another location.
The biggest issue and disappointment from our stay was that the hot tub (spa) was overdue on cleaning and maintenance prior to our arrival, we found a bloody bandaid floating in the hot tub, and the cushions were already damaged and placed on the side, yet the hotel charged us $500 deposit claiming it was our responsibility. After we provided photo and video proof that the unit was already damaged when we arrived, the hotel went unresponsive.
I am a long time Hotel.com customer, and this is by far the worst hotel experience I have had.
