I would not book.
I booked the stay on the Saturday morning, then set off for Newquay.
On arrival the man behind the bar was laughing at us saying how he hopes we aren't going to spend the night here as they have no hot water, wishing us luck...
I was 'helped' by a supervisor and she gave me the upmost confidence that I will be able to get a refund for the stay. But this was not possible. When I asked her then for a rebooking of the stay to a future day, she just stopped contacting me back.
So I spent £70 for them to just keep.
I was told that I was emailed about the boiler issue, but this was incorrect too.
In a nutshell, rude, unwelcoming staff, lack of communication for the boiler issue, snubbed away after unsuccessful refund request from Hotels.com.
Thanks for wasting my time and money.
