Stayed one night on quick trip. Pre-booked and paid, so check-in was quick, pleasant--just picked up room key. Got lower level room 129. A mixed bag. This is an older property that has had some remodeling. Floors and bath area were new, modern, and clean. Did not use shower, but was nice walk-in. Doors, hardware, and furnishings were older with some not-so-great repainting. Bed was comfortable, but had to beat off a big spider before pulling cover down. Kill count upped to 2 with annoying moth. Sink had non-functional pop-up stopper and also broken flange, so wouldn't hold water (This is so common in economy places--why can't they do routine checks and perform simple maintenance?). Fridge, microwave, and small coffee maker worked. Room was adequate for one night and area was quiet, but there weren't a lot of guests. I left very early, so can't comment on breakfast. Pick or pass? I probably would pass next time.
