Cold when we got there. Then heater didn't work. They changed it out while we watched. We could see how dirty they new used one was. Just not good for the money. It was the 1 suite, should have been a sign.

Under renovations: newly remodeled rooms are nice and soundproof. I thought the tv volume was too loud but I couldn't hear it from outside. Soda Vending machine needs to be fixed or replaced. Property always clean.

For the price it's a perfect location for this town...only minutes to businesses and restaurants. I will stay here again on future trips.

Modest, but comfortable.
Was in town for some real estate business and this place was just what I needed for my trip. The room was modest, but comfortable, with plenty of hot water in the shower. This hotel worked out great for me and I would recommend this place if you're in Springerville and need an affordable place to stay.

Quiet and clean room. Laundry 24 hours: washer and dryer actually works good. After midnight: Heater stopped working. Called office and he came down to reset heater to work again. Only issue was the outside lights around property we're off all night. Used flashlight to get to and from the room.
