The room was great and the location was excellent. What did not make sense was the lack of a decent restaurant or even coffee shop on the premises. I’ve never been in a nice hotel like this with the total lack of a decent “open” restaurant

Our room was hot & you couldn’t turn down the ac. After an hour and two requests they finally came. The filter wax filthy and they struggled to lower temp but it finally cooled off. No paper towels in the kitchen. When you spend over $500/night you expect more.

This was a celebration for my wife, her birthday. Our arrival was great, from the valet service greetings us, to the check-in was quick and effortless. The suite we book had an amazing view, clean and relaxing. "However", once we settled in we noticed that everything was scan to get information, bathrobe and slippers was not in room as described. We had to request them, along with spoons, cups, plates, and drinking glasses. The restaurants are not very upscale as they should have been, and Nube restaurants charges extra 17 % service charges that are not disclosed upfront. Overall, the Hilton is a very good stay.

Nice stay, Hotel needs updates
Our family stayed for 4 days. The property is nice but under construction and needs updates to the rooms and pool. The grout is stained and the doors are noisy, but the daily housekeeping is nice. The staff were great. No smart TV, no ESPN. The food on site was expensive and not a great value. We enjoyed the views and access to the beach.

Beautiful Hotel
Great hotel in a great location. We were a group of 5 women and had a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. We only stayed 1 night but it would be a great room for multiple nights stay with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. The bedroom had a full length dressing mirror and a huge beautiful bathroom with separate shower and tub. Beautiful balcony views and hotel amenities were fantastic. Thought the price was fair for the accommodations we got. I would look forward to another stay

Pros - Hotel was beautiful, great proximity to beach, good beach amenities, nice pool with beach views, excellent customer service, and the rooms were large and clean. Cons - Some areas were under construction, on site food options were somewhat limited and expensive, and gift shop hours were limited (only mattered because there were no other stores in short walking distance).
