They continue to be the best agency to deal with when looking for apartments to stay at in Accra they are swift with their communications and I don’t have to worry when something go wrong because they are quick to answer any issues . I have their rooms are top notch and and fancy. I like where they are situated . I definitely loved my stay at pearl city.

The issues that came up were not addressed by management in the most efficient way. They take advantage of their staff and limit the ability to do a great job. They are more worried about payment than fixing the things needed to be fixed. Also they weren’t interested in keeping current customer. Promised a certain price then changed price. Continuous battle to keep a fair rate.. The prices are way to high for the area and not fair to westerners.. They are taking advantage of it fully….

I didn’t stay at this property but at one of their locations and it was top notch everything was wonderful. The property was updated with every amenity you need. ( Pearl in the city) close to everything and rideshare always available. Pool was closed to maintenance but that was only con.
