We had a wonderfull time at Abbey Sands!!! Great family friendly hotel. Close to the bay and the shops. Hotel staff were happy and friendly. The house keeping team were wonderful, made up our room every day and replaced teas and coffees. Hotel has lots of character!! Our daughter loved the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Warm and welcoming
It was a very lovely stay and we felt welcomed by staff. It made us enjoy our overall time in Torquay. A very big thank you to Peter so pleasant and a gentleman that accommodated our needs and also Elaine for being so kind to let us stay in a more suitable room. Breakfast had a good variety and was filling. My little one also felt comfortable.

We had two rooms for a family mini break. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is ideally situated for easy access to the beachfront, the pier also the town centre. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and we had the best time. Wonderful stay
We was in room 106 which was a little dated but spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows one of the comfortable i have slept in. The indoor pool i thought was cold i would pay more for it to be a few degrees warmer. All staff was so friendly and breakfast is definitely worth paying for as it was absolutely delicious. On the whole we had a brilliant stay, would of been nice for a bit of entertainment but there are other places to you can go for that. Will definitely being going back again.
