The pictures on the website were different than the physical room. I asked for early check-in, and once we arrived the 2 hours as requested, the room was not ready, and the cleaning staff was out to lunch. We left, returned about an hour later, and were told the room was ready. There was water in the walkway, so we tracked water into the room, one set of towels, and when to turn on the TV, it didn't work. The refrigerator was not plugged in. We called for maintenance, and after three people came In the room and could not fix the TV, we were moved to the next room. We couldn't communicate with the cleaning staff so well as they did not speak or understand English. We were pressing for time to be at an event at 3:00 pm and didn't have a chance to talk with the manager, who was coming in at 3:00 pm. I was unhappy with my stay there and will think twice before booking a room with Quality Inn.
