Wife’s 41st Birthday treat.
The hotel was lovely, the glasshouse is very nice with good cocktails and snacks. Had the best massage ever with a Thai lady called Joe. Hotel could do with modernising in the hall ways but apart from that stunning. We will return in the summer with the children next time.

My only disappointment was this was booked for my birthday which the hotel was aware of, but there was no birthday surprise in the room upon arrival, no happy birthday at check in mentioned, and this was just a bit of a downer. Check in was also delayed as the room wasn’t ready till after 3pm which you don’t expect for a 5 star at this price!

Wonderful hotel
Fantastic hotel with beautiful views and amenities. We went for the Jubilee weekend and there were great activities for kids. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was amazing! We will come back for sure.

The property is beautiful and very convenient. The grounds are stunning. I would have expected the rooms to be nicer given the $$$. The tub is so difficult to step into, I was scared each time as I'm pregnant and kept grabbing for dear life. I kept thinking what would people with disabilities or elderly do.
