Atención acompañantes de adolescentes
Es la segunda ocasión que al hospedarnos hay un grupo de adolescentes y en ambas ocasiones exceso de ruido y si bien todos somos clientes si sería conveniente que el personal del hotel solicitara que estén al pendiente de ellos, en esta ocasión me pareció peor pues estuvieron tocando en la puerta de mi habitación por la noche, llamamos a recepción pero insistieron más tarde, eso evita que uno disfrute de la estancia y pueda descansar. Además que al no estar supervisados por adultos descompusieron una cafetera, la hora del desayuno poco cómoda, se acabaron algunos alimentos y ya sustituyeron por algo menos elaborado así como sencillo. También estos huéspedes jugaron en los elevadores, tiraron líquidos en ellos. Considero que es muy desgastante para el personal y poco considerado de los adultos que son responsables de estos adolescentes de no estar más al tanto de lo que hacen. Les agradezco que repararon el aire acondicionado, ojalá arreglaran el problema de todas las habitaciones del extractor de aire en el sanitario. Para que se vea reflejado el pago de habitación por el servicio que se oferta generalmente, exigir también al Centro Comercial mucho más seguridad, es la primera ocasión que veo que atraparon a adolescentes que habían sustraído carteras y celulares. Que sea un entorno seguro.

Falta de supervisión a jóvenes que se hospedan
Es incómodo que reciban tantos jóvenes y que no soliciten a las personas que viajan con ellos estén al tanto, tocaron varias ocasiones por la noche en mi habitación, llamé a recepción para reportar la situación pero aún así continuaron, no permiten que uno tenga un buen descanso. Descompusieron la cafetera general, se la pasaron jugando en los elevadores y nadie les dijo nada. Lo que sí agradezco del personal es la limpieza de la habitación y que repararon el aire acondicionado.
