Very clean rooms, like no dust, not even on top of the lamp in the back corner. (We only looked becasue we notoced how clean everything was). Beds and pillows were comfy. Staff was all very nice. Zero complaints.

Clean, cheap, and clean... like really clean!

The hotel is pretty basic and shows some normal signs of wear and tear but I could not get over how clean it was!!!! I've never stayed at a hotel in this class that was so immaculate. In fact I've stayed at several 4 & 5 star hotels that were not as clean as this one! 100% would recommend!

Upon arrival, we were "greeted" by the front desk attendant in shorts and a t-shirt. He quickly put his uniform shirt on when he realized we would be checking in. While checking in, we were told that the hotel had overbooked. We were switched from a Double Queen room to a "suite" that had a King bed and pull-out sofa bed (not ideal for a family of four). Without other options at the time of night, we accepted. After this we were told that the elevator was out, so we would be carrying our luggage up three flights of stairs, also we would need to stop at the laundry room to get the bedding for the pull-out bed. A pile of laundry was given to us and we made our way upstairs. Breakfast was alright. Some of the options were served in heated dishes, but that meant that the eggs and sausage were sitting in water (condensation I presume). It didn't look appetizing. Upon returning from the day's activities, we walked into the lobby to the same attendant chatting with another staff member while rap music played from behind the desk. They were seated in the lobby area. I didn't appreciate having music about "b*tches" playing loudly enough for my children to hear while walking through. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Housekeeping emptied the garbage, but failed to replace the garbage bags. Overall, we were disappointed.

Avoid this hotel at all costs

I booked a handicap room as my husband is an amputee. Upon arrival, I was informed the elevator was not working and the handicap room was on the 2nd floor (really?). There was no way we could carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Instead she gave us a room on the first floor. Upon entering the room there was a horrible stench in the room, it didn't look clean, there was mold in the tub, and the door to our room did not lock. I discovered that by simple double checking the door when we left the room. We could not stay at this hotel. The front desk clerk was very kind. I feel badly that the parent company can't provide a place of work that an employee can be proud of. This hotel should be disinfected and refurbished from top to bottom. I will NEVER book another Sleep Inn due to the condition of this one. One and DONE!

Hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants, expresswsys. AFB. My only complaint was that our room was near the laundry room. The smells and heat down on that 1st floor wing weren't very pleasant and our airconditioner made a God Awful loud rattling sound that Im sure kept all our neighbors awake.

The room was semi-clean. There was a slight musty odor in the room. I was not 100% sure that the bed sheets were fresh. The siding for the shower was peeling from the wall. Overall, the space didn’t feel 100% clean and sanitary.
