Our first time to Pine Bluff on our way to Laurel Mississippi. Our accommodations were great; we drove around the town the next day before heading South. A lot of closed businesses and sad looking houses but I'm sure a lot of history as well.

Decent- friendly staff
The woman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She welcomed us and was just kind. The breakfast was struggling. Maybe the lady that was working it was new- most of the hot food was out (or she was really delayed in making it). Another employee was apologetic and thanked everyone for being patient. The hotel was tricky to find at first (maybe it’s my gps) but we felt safe and slept well. Good for a stop over.

Excellent, give em a try.
Wanted to play in a late tournament so we booked a stay. It was close by and the person at the desk was very friendly. Even gave me great directions for a dinner outing. I have a can and the housekeeper held the ekevator for me. The cook running breakfast was awesome. She nade us feel like she was glad we were there. I wished i had gotten her name so i could tell you. That made our stay worth the money. Not the food, HER. We were there on Dec 6th overnight.

ROACHES
Once we got to the room and my fiancee started to sanitize the room, as she always do, she found a roach. We didn't think much of it because it was just one, but when she tried making tea in the teapot a whole bunch of them came out. Once I reported it to the front desk I found out the custodians had already reported the roach problem for that particular room and management said it was supposed to be offline. Then I tried getting a refund, but was told I couldn't because it was booked through a 3rd party. IN MY OPINION ACTIONS LIKE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A HIGH END HOTEL CHAIN LIKE HILTON!

The staff was so friendly and professional. They kept the place immaculate. Don’t let the old abandoned mall that it sits by scare you. The front desk lady showed me that they have video surveillance all the way around the hotel including the parking lot.
