Booked this hotel for my parents’ trip and they came back with nothing but praises. Location is convenient which we knew from the start, but it was the service that was exceptional. The front desk was friendly, helping make their stay a pleasant and comfortable one - especially Kochakorn (Sor), Chonticha (didn’t get the nickname though, but it sounded like it rhymed with “name”), Kullanit (Job), and Lisa - apologies if I got their names wrong! There was one point during the stay when the aircon became rather noisy - my parents voiced it out when heading for breakfast, and a technician had it fixed immediately (and it was all sorted out by the time they were back). Plus a fruit platter was sent after that with an apology as service recovery by the management team.

Had to move rooms because the first was moldy. Outdated and needs renovation. Second room Clean enough but not serviced daily (with Thai toilets you have a trash can for paper so service is important). Window looked onto a light well and air con was either too cold or off.
