We chose this hotel because of the pool, hot tub, and fitness room. We booked a room for three adults with two beds. Check in took 45 minutes due to shift change but staff was great. After we paid and they went to assign a room they told us they did not have any rooms with 2 beds even though we had booked online. They only had 1 king bed, and only 2 adults were allowed to stay so someone would have to sleep in the car. We demanded a refund but since the payment had already been processed they could not give one, only the manager could and she was off until the following week. The staff finally said all 3 adults could stay in the one bed but they would just write down that there were only 2 adults in the room. Once there we found out the hotel does not have a pool, hot tub, or fitness center anymore. It had all been taken out 4 years prior. We had only been at the hotel for 45 minutes but told them we were leaving to find another hotel and was given the name of the manager to call next week. The following week the manager said we did not give notice we were leaving but after talking to the staff found out we did. She granted the refund but after 2 weeks I still had not gotten it. Called back and the manager said she had delayed giving the refund but it should come now. It was 3 1/2 weeks before I got a refund.
